Shpping, Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 48 hours of your order being received, usually within 24 hours - if this cannot be done or the item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you and despatch the item as soon as it arrives back in stock.

Delivery is charged at £3.95 for basket value of £29.99 and under or free if basket value exceeds £30

All items up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery - parcels over this size are sent via DHL / DPD or similar home delivery.

Furniture delivery details and prices as follows:

Within 10 mile radius of Exeter Quay - £10

Within 20 mile radius of Exeter Quay - £20

Within 30 mile radius of Exeter Quay - £30

For delivery of furniture and large items please enquire for costs / options.

We currently do not arrange delivery of furniture to The Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, The Shetland Isles, The Isle of Man, any other off mainland destination or any overseas territory but you are welcome to contact us and we shall do our best to help with arranging your purchase.

For all items of furniture that are not in stock please allow 4-10 weeks - we will advise on ordering or please email or phone.

All prices include VAT at the current UK rate

Returns

Returns are accepted for a full refund if you no longer require the item within 30 days of purchase.

In this instance the buyer is responsible for all postage costs and a full refund of the item purchase price will be refunded upon safe receipt of the returned item. Boxes can be opened, but all original parts must be included, and all items must be undamaged and packaging/gift boxes etc complete and undamaged. Please contact us in event of damaged goods.

Any items specifically made to order and purchased from outside this website are not accepted for return.

Furniture cannot be returned if used outside the UK.
